Educational Kinesiology

BrainGym® is a series of enjoyable movements from a system called Educational Kinesiology which empowers learners of any age by using movement activities to draw out hidden potential and make it readily available.

Educational Kinesiology was created by Dr Paul Dennison and his wife Gail Dennison based on over 50years of research. This is not a new methodology for teaching, it merely provides an environment in which learning can take place with ease. It is a process for re-educating the whole mind/body system to accomplish any task with greater efficiency. The Brain Gym® movements are the activities which are known by most people, however there are many other processes and activities used in Educational Kinesiology to de-stress and empower. An Educational Kinesiologist is someone who has trained extensively in the Educational Kinesiology Training.
